  • Patent number: 11763423
Abstract: Chrominance data channels are reconstructed from a color-mosaic image data input and de-noised with guidance from a luminance data channel extracted from that same mosaic data input to produce de-noised chrominance channels. The de-noised chrominance channels are combined with a de-noised version of the luminance channel to yield a primary-color-channel output image.

  • Patent number: 10803596
Abstract: A system for calculating a consensus foreground object, relative to a background within a series of video frames is disclosed. The system relies upon a multi-prong approach that takes a consensus selection for the foreground object reliant upon at least three different models, then outputs the foreground object for application of alpha matting for use in augmented realty or virtual reality filmmaking.

  • Publication number: 20080133310
Abstract: An improved method for forecasting and modeling product demand for a slow moving product. The method includes the steps of maintaining a database of historical product demand information, calculating the average rate of sales (ARS) for a product from the historical demand information corresponding to the product, determining if the product is a slow moving product (SMP), and if the product is a SMP modifying the ARS using a mean reverting forecast method called GARCH (Generalized Autoregressive Conditional Heteroscedasticity) to accurately model the expected demand and variability of the slow moving product.

  • Patent number: 6664802
Abstract: The inventive method and system permits diagnosing the type of fault condition associated with powering an electrical load that has a high side driver portion and a low side driver portion. Selectively powering the driver portions in different combinations and sampling a plurality of associated diagnostic feedback signals associated with each of the driver portions permits diagnosing the type of fault present. In one example, three different powering combinations and three different diagnostic feedback signals are used. This example permits diagnosing one of seven different possible fault conditions.
