Abstract: A two point lock includes two pivotally mounted security hooks having sliding faces that engage sliding faces of a spring-loaded mishandling pin when the mishandling pin is vertically extended and the security hooks are rotatably retracted. The mishandling pin is vertically retracted when it abuts a jamb. When the mishandling pin is vertically retracted, the sliding faces disengage so that the security hooks can rotate to lock onto a striker on the jamb. Thus, the mishandling pin prevents the security hooks from being slammed into the striker before a door or a window is fully closed.

Abstract: A latch for a window sash includes a fixed plate and a latch head slidably coupled to the fixed plate. The latch head is symmetrically spring loaded to minimize rotation when the latch head translates. When the latch head retracts toward the fixed plates, hooks from the latch head engage notches on the fixed plate to lock the latch head in a retracted position. This releases the latch head from a strike so the window sash can be opened. The latch further includes a plunger centrally received in the fixed plate and the latch head. When the plunger retracts toward the fixed plate, sloped shoulders from the plunger disengages the hooks of the latch head from the notches on the fixed plate. This releases the latch head to engage the strike so the window sash is locked.

Abstract: When an error occurring in a terminal (device) is detected, one or more solutions for removing the detected error are displayed to a user, so that the detected error can be easily removed by the user even though the user is not familiar with operations or detailed functions of the camera.

Abstract: A terminal and a display method for the same are provided. In the terminal and the display method for the same, a first image is displayed on the main display unit. One or more second images matched with the first image are displayed on a plurality of buttons. Accordingly, it is possible to maximize manipulation convenience of the user who manipulates buttons so as to instruct the terminal to perform any operation by minimizing the complicatedness of the manipulations of the buttons caused by alternately watching a screen and the buttons by enabling the user who uses the terminal including the plurality of buttons and the screen to perform the desired button manipulations through the minimized button manipulations.

Abstract: Provided are a terminal and a display method of the terminal which recognize the result of operating at least some of a plurality of buttons, and display a plurality of images corresponding to the recognized result on the buttons according to techniques which are preset for each of the images. Thus, operational convenience can be maximized for a user who operates the buttons on the terminal, which is compact and has various applicable functions, in order to indicate a certain function.

Abstract: Provided is a terminal and a display method used in the terminal capable of analyzing images that are mainly selected by a user from among images to be displayed by the terminal and firstly displaying the selected images, although the terminal needs to display more images than the maximum number of images that the terminal can simultaneously display, so that it is possible to reduce the inconvenience of performing a scrolling operation to select an image.

Abstract: Provided are a terminal having a photographing function and a displaying method for the terminal. The displaying method includes generating a plurality of process images by processing an original image, which is an image shown through a lens of the terminal, several times using different setup information each time, and displaying the generated plurality of process images on a plurality of buttons. Accordingly, even when a user is not proficient with how to obtain a high quality photograph by setting setup information, such as a focus, exposure, etc. and with operating the buttons, the user can select a process image, which seems to be the most preferable to the user, from among the process images, and thus the user can easily find the optimum setup information with a simple button operation.

Abstract: A door hinge adapted to provide vertical and depth adjustments of an engaged door with a door frame. The hinge features a first hinge member adapted for fixed recessed engagement to a side edge of a door jam which is rotationally engaged with a support member extending from a second hinge member adapted for engagement to the door. Adjustment of height and depth of the door inside the door jam is easily achieved by rotation of adjustment screws accessible from a single surface that is visible when the second hinge member is engaged to the door.

Abstract: A hinge is connected between the door frame and the door and includes a mounting assembly fixed received in the door. The mounting assembly includes a casing and a piece is movably received in the casing. The door leaf is retained in a space defined in the piece. An adjustment screw extends through an opening defining through a side of the casing and a collar is threadedly mounted to threads of the adjustment screw. The collar is rotatably engaged with the door leaf so as to apply a force to the door leaf when rotating the adjustment screw. The force makes the door to be moved in horizontal direction relative to the door frame.

Abstract: An adjustable two piece hinge having a first hinge member for attachment to a wall surface and a second hinge member attachable to a door. The device is adjustable by rotating the hinge pin which communicates thorough two off-center cooperating apertures communicating axially through two body bushings located inside the second hinge member. Rotating the hinge pin rotates the circular body bushings inside the second hinge member thereby translating the second hinge member around the center axis of said first hinge member and toward and away from the first hinge member due to the eccentric formed by the off center apertures inside of a circular bushing. The device can optionally be supplied with a kit featuring a plurality of different body bushings having the off center apertures a different distance off center.

Abstract: A hinge has first and second hinge members interconnected by an axle that allows relative rotation between them. Each hinge member has screw holes allowing the hinge member to be connected to a leaf or a frame.
