  • Publication number: 20040158942
Abstract: The present invention claims and discloses a method of transferring an image to a generally non-absorbent fabric having at least one fiber. The method comprises the steps of providing an image on a transfer sheet or a medium, placing the transfer sheet or the medium against the generally non-absorbent fabric, applying a predetermined amount of heat in a predetermined amount of time to the transfer sheet or the medium, subliming the solid state ink or dye on the transfer sheet or the medium from a solid state to a gaseous state, binding the gaseous ink or dye with the fiber of the generally non-absorbent fabric and condensing the gaseous ink or dye to a sold state, thereby binding the dyes or ink into the fiber of the generally non-absorbent fabric. The fabric may be in the form of a pillow or a clothing article or any item of desire.

  • Publication number: 20040154128
Abstract: Claimed and disclosed is a fastening device that can fasten itself to a sheet material and at the same time couples itself to an object, comprising a coupling means for slidably coupling the device to a substantially fixed object and an attachment means for attaching the sheet material to the device. The coupling means defines a receiving surface at a first portion, has an extended second portion thereof which is rotatably connected to an attachment means for attaching an object to the device. The coupling means further has a receiving means extending outwardly from the second portion of the coupling means to receive a material. The receiving means having a concavely-shaped first end and an enlarged second end to receive a material. The enlarged second end ensures the material stays securely in the concavely-shaped first end.

  • Publication number: 20040085109
Abstract: An IC including skew-programmable clock buffers, fixed skew logic, an external interface and a skew controller. Each skew-programmable clock buffer receives a distributed clock signal and provides a corresponding local clock signal having a programmed skew. The fixed skew logic enables permanent programming of static skew values and the external interface enables programming of dynamic skew values. The skew controller selects between the static and dynamic skew values and programs the skew-programmable clock buffers based on selected skew values. In one embodiment, the skew controller is operative to detect a skew over-ride command upon reset of the IC and to select between the static and dynamic skew values based on the skew over-ride command. The programmable memory may be integrated on the IC or externally coupled via the external interface. The fixed skew logic is implemented as any type of permanent programmable block, such as laser-blown fuses, an EPROM, etc.

  • Patent number: 6592007
Abstract: A dispenser includes a container having a squeeze device connected on a top thereof and a performance unit is connected to the container. A performance member is located in the performance unit and activated by an activation member which is received in a box connected to the performance unit. A base has a switch member and is movably engaged with the performance unit. A gap is defined between the switch member and the activation member so that when pushing the squeeze device, the performance unit is lowered relative to the base, and the switch member is touched by the lowered activation member so as to activate the performance member.

  • Patent number: 6380926
Abstract: Disclosed and claimed is a decorative computer pointer device for use in association with a computer. The computer pointer device includes a sealed decorative vessel containing a first liquid, a second liquid and at least one structure, wherein the structure is insoluble in both the first and the second liquids and floats on the first liquid. The first and the second liquids are advantageously immiscible. The first and the second liquids advantageously have densities such that the first liquid is beneath the second liquid, the first liquid, or the second liquid, or both of the first and the second liquids, are optionally colored or colorless. The structure suspended in the sealed vessel is advantageously weighted so it can maintain its upright configuration irrelevant to the position of the sealed vessel, and capable of remaining in suspension when the computer pointer device is in motion. The structure can also optionally be affixed in the decorative sealed vessel so as to remain substantially stationary.

  • Patent number: 6279778
Abstract: A liquid dispenser with an ornamental device having a spiral extension securely extending from a bottom of the container; a hollow cylinder; a clamping ring for securely engaging the hollow cylinder with the bottom of the container; a resilient member compressibly mounted around the spiral extension and a free end of which abuts against the bottom of the container; and a rotating device received in the hollow cylinder. A force applied to the liquid dispenser will drive the rotating device to rotate. Therefore, when a roulette or a compass is mounted onto the rotating disk, the rotation of the rotating disk will increase the overall attraction.
