  • Publication number: 20220192154
Abstract: An animal fitness garment includes a body panel and a shoulder section that includes a pair of shoulder panels extending therefrom at an angle. The shoulder section is resiliently attached to the body panel through one or more resilient sections. In addition, each shoulder section may be resiliently attached to a base section that connects each of the shoulder panels together. This resilient configuration allows the animal fitness garment to conform to the shape and contour of the shoulders of the animal, so as to increase the comfort of the vest, while reducing the physical stress imparted to the animal when the garment is worn.

  • Patent number: 10591109
Abstract: Embodiments herein are directed to a surveying support apparatus, which provides greater reliability when calculating measurements. The surveying support apparatus includes a center column having a hollow circumference to fit over a piece of rebar protruding from the concrete, a plurality of bolt through fasteners in apertures along the path of the center column that are tightened to come into contact with the rebar thus securing the rebar in a fixed place in relation to the center column, pivotal legs that are extendable to find support upon the ground, a head component connected to the pivotal legs that can move in a transitional movement along the center column, a mounting plate connected to the center column having an aperture whereby a mounting screw is placed, survey equipment having a recess that is secured to the mounting plate by rotating the mounting screw into the recess of the survey equipment.

  • Publication number: 20190200573
Abstract: An animal fitness garment includes a body panel and a pair of shoulder panels extending therefrom at an angle. The panels are configured to be secured to the animal using suitable fasteners, to prevent the fitness garment from moving relative to the animal as it exercises. The body panel includes one or more pairs of pockets that are positioned on either side of a central section of the body panel. As such, when the fitness garment is attached to the animal, the central section is positioned to be substantially parallel with the spine of the animal. This results in the weighted pockets being positioned on either side of the animal's spine, and not directly thereon, which reduces the physical impact to the animal when the fitness garment is worn.

  • Patent number: 9988139
Abstract: An electronic control architecture for an aircraft actuation system may include a first channel and a second channel. The first channel may be configured to receive one or more inputs comprising a movement command, to produce an output to control a component of the system, and to receive feedback from the component respective of movement of the component. The first channel may comprise a fault detection module configured to compare the feedback to the command to determine if the first channel is functioning properly. The second channel may be configured to receive the one or more inputs and, if the first channel is not functioning properly, to produce an output to control the component.

  • Patent number: 8270591
Abstract: A channel and agent state control system and method is used in a contact center having a plurality of multi-media contact channels and a plurality of agents for handling communications over the contact channels. The agents are allocated to one or more contact channel tasks corresponding to the contact channels. The system and method reallocates the agents between the contact channels based upon real-time contact channel state data and the agent states. The system and method can be configured by a user to determine when reallocation is needed within a contact channel and to determine how the agents are reallocated.

A driver seat of the vehicle is positioned at an end of the frame beyond the wheels of the vehicle in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle facing perpendicularly to the longitudinal direction of the vehicle. Drive controls are foot and leg so that the operator's hands are free for performing work. A hitch member is supported at a rear end of the vehicle adjacent the seat for towing a cart including a tub for carrying trimmings therein. A chipper unit on the cart shreds the vine trimmings into smaller particulates.
