  • Publication number: 20110290688
Abstract: A consumer product package having a tub with a base and a perimeter wall defining a cavity in communication with an opening that extends through the perimeter wall. A consumer product is disposed within the cavity and a stabilizing insert is at least partially disposed within the cavity. The stabilizing insert has a retaining member removably secured the consumer product and a support member with a foot extending through the opening of the perimeter wall to facilitate positioning the tub in a substantially upright position.

  • Publication number: 20110229695
Abstract: An article having a substrate with at least one ink layer in direct contact with at least a portion of the substrate. An acrylic polymer matrix layer is in direct contact with at least a portion of the ink layer. The acrylic polymer matrix layer has suspended aluminum platelets and at least one photoinitiator. At least a portion of the acrylic polymer matrix layer has a selectively embossed top surface with a pattern of fine grooves to create an optical effect.

  • Patent number: 8006834
Abstract: A pack for a co-packaged article with an inner flange member and an outer flange member. A first cavity is defined by the inner flange member and the outer flange member. The first cavity has an outer surface and a first internal wall. A second cavity is defined by the inner flange member and the outer flange member. The second cavity has an outer surface and a second internal wall spaced apart from the first internal wall. The second internal wall has at least one protrusion with a first position and a second position. The protrusion is spaced apart from the first internal wall in the first position and contacts the first internal wall in the second position limiting inward flexing of the first and second cavities toward each other.

  • Publication number: 20110139649
Abstract: A novel razor cartridge package for storing razor cartridges is disclosed where the package comprises at least one sensory element incorporated onto an exterior surface of the cartridge package. The sensory elements include stimuli to one or more senses: visual, touch, olfactory, auditory, taste, and combinations thereof. The exterior package sensory elements or stimuli may correspond to characteristics and/or indicia of use of the razor cartridges and thus assist in communicating these characteristics and/or uses of the razor cartridge to a user to enhance or improve the shaving experience.

  • Publication number: 20090232360
Abstract: A thermoformed article carries an image. Using a first sheet carrying a grid image and a mold having at least two cavities, a forming carrying a grid distortion pattern for each cavity is made. An initial image is computed for each cavity based on the corresponding grid distortion pattern and a desired image. The initial images are applied to a second sheet. Using the second sheet and the mold, at least two articles are made, each article carrying a distorted image that is substantially similar to the desired image.
