    Abstract: A holder blade is provided which includes an elongated member including an insert cavity for securing an insert in place. The insert cavity includes opposing surfaces which include V-shaped lengths which engage corresponding V-shaped lengths provided in opposite surfaces of the insert. A camming action is provided so that the opposing surfaces of the insert cavity may tightly grip the insert.
