Abstract: A small sink mounted on a stationary swivel is provided which can be used by adults and children in the hygienic practice to prevent the spread of deadly bacteria and viruses. The mini sink is easily swung in an arc to a position in front of the user, then, after use, it can be pushed back into a storage position. Part II of this invention covers public avenues where too, the normally accepted practice of washing hands after cleansing the posterior area of fecal matter and urine and redressing was thought to assure and meet personal sanitary requirements. But sterilizing hand inserts and the miniscrub set new standards for personal hygiene at home and abroad.
