    Abstract: A resistance band system is disclosed herein. The resistance band system includes a strap and a resistance band having a first-connection point at one end and a second-connection point at an opposing end. A pair of leg wraps are connected to the first-connection point and the second-connection point. A plurality of connectors can be utilized to connect the pair of leg wraps to the first-connection point and the second-connection point and connect the second-end of the strap to a middle-point along the resistance band. The resistance band system is useful for improving leg cycle training.
