  • Publication number: 20230194197
Abstract: Disclosed is a cleaning system (1) for cleaning the plate channels (2) in a plate heat exchanger (3) during normal use of the heat exchanger (3), wherein the heat exchanger (3) comprises an inflow channel (4) through which a fluid enters the heat exchanger (3) and an outflow channel (5) through which the fluid exits the heat exchanger (3). A stack (6) of heat exchanger plates (7) is arranged between the inflow channel (4) and the outflow channel (5) so that the heat exchanger plates (7) form plate channels (2) between the inflow channel (4) and the outflow channel (5) through which the fluid may pass.

  • Patent number: 8089863
Abstract: A method and system are presented in which communication redundancy is provided. Multicast packets having the same audio and/or control data are simultaneously transmitted between an RF site and different switches through different communication links. The packets from the RF site have different origination addresses and a unique ID, which permits duplicate packets having different origination addresses but the same unique ID and data to be eliminated and only one set of packets to be transmitted over the air to a receiving end device for which the packets are intended. A switch communication link between the switches permits the primary switch to establish operating characteristics for the alternate switch.

  • Publication number: 20110105104
Abstract: A wireless communications network (100) comprising a plurality of sites, each of which is served by a base transceiver station (102, 106, 110, 114, 118, 122, 126, 130). The base transceiver stations (102, 106, 110, 114, 118, 122, 126, 130) are connected with other elements of infrastructure (134-142) and at least one of said base transceiver stations (102) comprises means (104) for determining its geographical location. Said base transceiver station (102) is adapted to be moved from a first geographical location to a second geographical location. A first database (146) is configured to store location data of said base transceiver stations (102, 106, 110, 114, 118, 122, 126, 130). The network (100) further comprises a controller (144) configured to receive location data from the at least one base transceiver station (102) and from the first database (146) and to determine adjacency of sites.

Abstract: A method and equipment are described for performing measurements while drilling for oil or gas, in particular VSP-measurements employing a seismic source together with sensors such as hydrophones and/or geophones connected to a memory- and calculation device for storing and processing the seismic signals. The seismic source (2) is placed at or in the vicinity of the surface of the earth whereby signals generated by the source are detected by the hydrophones (3,5) or the geophones located in the vicinity of the source (2) at the surface and in the drill string (4). The geophones or the hydrophones (5) in the drill string transmit the detected signals to a memory- and calculation unit (6) in the drill string that processes and transmits the signals completely or partly to a central data processing unit (10) on the rig (7).
