Abstract: An intubation guide for guiding, positioning and/or insertion of e.g. an endotracheal tube in a patients trachea, and where the intubation guide comprises a relatively flexible guide extending from the distal end of a relatively stiff positioning handle having a curved section between its distal and proximal end, wherein the guide element forms a scoop shaped guide in extension of the positioning handle, and in that the positioning handle comprises an intubation channel extending along the positioning handle, and having a first end near the proximal end of the positioning handle, and the other end at the distal end near the guide scoop.

Abstract: An imaging system comprising a disposable part (1) comprising a camera device (5), said disposable part arranged to be suitable for allowing said camera device to be inserted into a body cavity, a reusable control module (8) in communication with said disposable part, said reusable control module comprising a display which displays image signals from the camera device in the disposable part, a timing device which generates time of use data of the disposable part, said time of use data representing the amount of time which the disposable part is in use, and said imaging system being arranged to prevent use of the disposable part if the time of use of the disposable part reaches a predefined level.

Abstract: An endoscope (1) comprising a control handle (2), a flexible insertion portion (3) having length L1 and being attached to the distal end of the control handle, a bending portion (4) having length L2 and being attached to the distal end of the flexible insertion portion, a rigid tip portion (5) having length L3 and being attached to the distal end of the bending portion, a control mechanism arranged to control the bending of the bending portion, and an elastic covering member (12) which is arranged to cover the bending portion and where the distal end of said elastic covering member is attached to the distal end (16) of said bending section and/or to said rigid tip portion (14) and where the proximal end of said elastic covering member is attached to the flexible insertion portion (18) and/or to the proximal end of the bending portion. The elastic covering member is arranged such that it is stretched when the bending portion is in its neutral position.
