  • Patent number: 11656084
Abstract: Methods for determining routes for routing vehicle include computing, in a digital map a route from route source to route destination. Such methods further include determining sub-route of the computed route, which ends at the destination and along which the vehicle could be parked. And such methods still further include extending the computed route beyond the route destination in area around the route destination until route parking probability of parking route, including links of the determined sub-route and/or of the extension of the computed route, is equal to or greater than predetermined threshold whilst total expected travel time, associated with the extended computed route and comprising driving and walking times, is minimized. The route parking probability is the probability that parking at some point along the extended computed route will be possible and wherein one or more links of the parking route are suitable for parking.

  • Publication number: 20210239476
Abstract: The present invention is directed to a method and to a device for determining routes for autonomous driving. The following steps are executed; computing K alternative routes from a route source to a route destination; evaluating each one of the K alternative routes, wherein the evaluating comprises determining a Pareto front of the K alternative routes, wherein the Pareto front of the K alternative routes comprises a set of Pareto-optimized routes that are Pareto-optimized with regard to route constraints comprising travel time T, manual driving time TM, and transition count M that indicates a count of transitions from the autonomous driving to a manual driving in a route; if the set of Pareto-optimized routes comprises more than P routes, reducing number of Pareto-optimized routes in the set of Pareto-optimized routes to P; and outputing the Paretooplimized routes of the set of Pareto-optimized routes as the determined routes for autonomous driving.

  • Patent number: 6382373
Abstract: A gas shock absorber has a pressure tube which defines a working chamber. A piston divides the working chamber into an upper working chamber and a lower working chamber. A series of extension passages extend through the piston and are opened and closed by an extension valve assembly. A series of compression passages extend through the piston and are opened and closed by a compression valve assembly. An open flow path defined by the extension valve assembly extends through the piston between the upper and lower working chambers. A rod guide assembly is located between the pressure tube and a piston rod. The rod guide assembly includes an oil chamber for sealing and lubricating the piston rod.

  • Patent number: 6364075
Abstract: A gas shock absorber has a pressure tube which defines a working chamber. A piston divides the working chamber into an upper working chamber and a lower working chamber. A series of extension passages extend through the piston and are opened and closed by an extension valve assembly. A first and a second series of compression passages extend through the piston and are opened and closed by a first and a second compression valve assembly, respectively. A rod guide assembly is located between the pressure tube and a piston rod. The rod guide assembly includes an oil chamber for sealing and lubricating the piston rod.
