  • Publication number: 20240095145
Abstract: A module for a microscope includes at least one sensor and/or at least one actuator, and a control and evaluation unit. The control and evaluation unit is configured to determine current parameter values of parameters of the sensor and/or of the actuator, analyze the parameter values using a statistical model stored in the control and evaluation unit to determine an operating state value that characterizes an operating state of the module, and identify the operating state as an abnormal operating state upon determining that the operating state value satisfies a predefined condition with respect to a threshold value.

  • Patent number: 7451007
Abstract: The invention relates to a system and a method for integrated development of projects of different levels, especially of automation projects in the MES and Controls area. The integrated development is facilitated by the use of uniform models. In this case a first project planning solution, especially an automation solution at the control level, is created in a first project planning environment (1), a second project planning solution, especially a solution for coordination of processes and/or execution sequences of the first project planning solution, is created in at least a second project planning environment (2) with a common data and/or object model being used by the project planning environments at least for the creation of the project planning solutions of the project planning environments and data and/or objects being identified in one of the two project planning solutions for use in the other project planning solution in each case.

  • Patent number: 6980376
Abstract: An iris diaphragm device for a microscope includes an iris diaphragm having a stationary mount ring, a rotatable adjusting ring, and a plurality of blades. The plurality of blades form a diaphragm opening, which is steplessly adjustable, by rotation of the adjusting ring, between a maximum and a minimum opening size. A coupling linkage is connected to the adjusting ring and includes two levers. An actuation element drives the coupling linkage. A closure element is arranged on one of the levers in a way such that after a predefined size of the diaphragm opening has been established, a further actuation of the actuation element causes the closure element to pivot and cover the diaphragm opening.
