  • Patent number: 10859854
Abstract: A screw part has a shank with a threaded portion having at least one external thread turn, and a sleeve that surrounds the shank in a circumferential direction around more than three-fourths of the circumference. The sleeve extends along a sleeve portion in a longitudinal direction of the shank. The sleeve has at least one radial elevation structure on an outer circumferential face. The at least one radial elevation structure has at least one structural element that has an elastic design in the radial direction. The at least one radial elevation structure has an extent, on the outer circumferential face of the sleeve along the longitudinal direction, that is greater than a width of the at least one structural element.
    Type: Grant

  • Patent number: 9279603
Abstract: A facade element for heat-insulation purposes has at least two parallel panels (101, 102), a cavity (103), which is formed between these two panels (101, 102) and has fluid flowing through it, and at least one inlet (13), for feeding a radiation-absorbing fluid, and at least one outlet (13?), for discharging the fluid. The inlet (13) is arranged on a first side of the panels (101, 102) and the outlet (13?) is arranged on an opposite, second side of the panels (101, 102). The at least one inlet (13) and the cavity (103) have arranged between them a first flow distributor (14), which extends for distribution along the length of the first side. This facade element makes straightforward and cost-effective industrial production possible.

  • Publication number: 20060266063
Abstract: A multi-compressor heat pump system configured to provide heating and cooling over a range of ambient temperatures. The compressors can be operated independently and alone or together in series for maximum output. Heat exchangers are selectively fluidically connected to the compressors to enable refrigerant flow between the compressors and at least two heat exchangers in a manner that enables the heat pump system to be selectively operable in various modes. Preferred aspects include selectively operating the compressors based on the ratio of the evaporating and condensing pressures of the refrigerant within the heat pump system, a mixing chamber between the compressors, and a lubricant management system to prevent the accumulation of a lubricant in one of the compressors.
