  • Patent number: 10814530
Abstract: A mold device configured for use in a rotational molding device configured to perform a rotational molding process by rotating the mold device by means of a robot arm is provided. The mold device generally includes a connector part for connecting to the robot arm, first and second mold parts configured to assemble to each other for enclosing a mold cavity in an assembled state. The mold device includes a magnet gripper for releasably attaching the mold parts and heating and cooling elements integrated in at least one of the mold parts for respectively heating and cooling the mold part. The heating elements may be arranged in first grooves positioned in an exterior face of the respective mold part. The cooling elements may be arranged in second grooves positioned in the exterior face of the respective mold part in between the first grooves.

  • Publication number: 20110112718
Abstract: A desired-status storage device in which details concerning control devices is provided in an on-board network system and the data statuses present in each of these control devices are stored. A retrieval device addresses the control devices provided in the on-board network system and retrieves the data statuses in each case actually present in the concerned control device, and stores the result of the retrieval. A comparison device compares the data statuses stored in the desired-status storage device with the data statuses determined by the retrieval device. In the event of a deviation of the data statuses, a measures device initiates at least one measure, particularly, if required, a measure which ensures a safe driving operation of the motor vehicle.

  • Patent number: 6759140
Abstract: An injection-molded plastic part having a first thermoplastic component and a second thermoplastic component. Areas consisting of the first thermoplastic component are present at least on one surface of the injection-molded plastic part next to areas of the second thermoplastic component. The first thermoplastic component is an LCP and the second thermoplastic component is a syndiotactic polystyrene.

  • Publication number: 20010031584
Abstract: A hybrid plug housing with a base body of plastic, with a conductor array installed permanently therein, where the contacts of the conductor array have a connecting area and a plug-in area. The plug contacts are surrounded laterally by a plug shell of the housing. The plug shell has an opening to accept a mating plug component on the end facing the plug-in direction. A process for the production of the hybrid plug housing makes it possible for the positions of the individual components to be adjusted precisely with respect to each other. The base body and the plug shell are not assembled until after plastic has been injected around the conductor array, which is held together by webs, and until after the plastic has cooled and the webs have been removed.
