  • Patent number: 10765043
Abstract: Embodiments disclose a flexible connection of a metallic extruded profile to a connecting body for cooling electrical components. A heat exchanger for an electrical component comprises a metallic extruded profile having at least one channel for a cooling agent to flow through, the metallic extruded profile including an outer circumferential surface and a first end, a non-metallic connecting body including an accommodating region for receiving the first end of the metallic extruded profile at a first opening corresponding to a cross-section of the first end, the first opening having an inner circumferential surface, and a bonding layer between the outer circumferential surface of the first end received in the accommodating region and the inner circumferential surface of the opening. The bonding layer is configured to establish a mechanically flexible bond between the metallic extruded profile and the non-metallic connecting body. Embodiments further disclose a production method for a heat exchanger.

  • Patent number: 10156294
Abstract: Embodiments disclose a fluidic safety valve comprising a valve housing including at least one fluid inlet opening and at least one fluid outlet opening. A closing element, guided in the valve housing, is preloaded by a spring element at a predetermined preloading force toward a closed position of the safety valve. In the closed position, a fluid flow from the at least one fluid inlet opening toward the at least one fluid outlet opening is blocked. When a predetermined fluid pressure is reached, the closing element moves toward an open position of the safety valve, enabling a fluid flow from the at least one fluid inlet opening toward the at least one fluid outlet opening. The valve housing is sealed by a valve housing sealing element comprising an effective fluid pressure force surface coupled to the closing element and configured to carry along the closing element relative to the housing.

  • Patent number: 10115941
Abstract: A battery housing and a method for installing a battery are disclosed. In one embodiment, a battery housing for receiving a battery includes four plate-shaped side panels. Two of the side panel are opposite to each other, and each of the two opposite side panels have at least one elongated recess. The battery housing includes two cover plates. The four plate-shaped side panels and the two cover plates are connected to each other to form a box-shaped housing. The side panels are configured to connect together to hold the battery without the cover plates.
