The control arrangement has a door control unit for controlling the opening drive and changes from a normal operating mode to an emergency operating mode in response to a predetermined emergency situation. The control arrangement has a power transmission unit, configured to, responsive to the door control unit changing from the normal operating mode to the emergency operating mode, wirelessly receive electric power from a first mobile device and provide the electric power to the door control unit so that the opening drive opens the lock.

The above steps may also be performed in the alternative. An interaction between the two moveable elements sliding door and window pane is assured. The control of further parameters can occur in dependence from the determined parameters in such way that the risk of arising injuries and in particular damages by a crush incident between a C column of the motor vehicle and the sliding door at a window opening of the sliding door is minimized.
