  • Patent number: 11982691
Abstract: A measuring apparatus for measuring an electrical voltage for a metal-encapsulated switchgear. The measuring apparatus has an electrical conductor, an electrically conductive measuring electrode, which surrounds a first conductor portion of the electrical conductor and is electrically insulated from the electrical conductor, and an electrically conductive field control electrode, which is electrically insulated from the electrical conductor and from the measuring electrode and which has a first field control electrode portion that surrounds the measuring electrode.

  • Patent number: 11442085
Abstract: A method for monitoring an operating state of an energy supply network connects a data processing cloud to selected communication units at a query time over long-range communication connections. Selected communication units transmit measured values and/or values derived therefrom to the data processing cloud over a long-range connection. To receive measured values and/or values derived therefrom, each communication unit is connected, over a short-range communication connection, to at least one sensor on or in a high-voltage device of the network for capturing measured values. The data processing cloud determines the network operating state within an analysis based on measured values and/or values derived therefrom. To provide a simple and cost-effective analysis of the entire network operating state, the data processing cloud during analysis uses measured values and/or values derived therefrom from at least two selected communication units at different locations.

  • Patent number: 11417479
Abstract: An arrangement and a method for switching high currents include at least one vacuum switching path and at least one rated-current contact switching path. The at least two switching paths are electrically connected in parallel. One current path for a rated current is routed over at least one rated-current contact of said rated-current contact switching path, and a parallel current path for a short-circuit current is routed over at least one contact of a vacuum tube of the vacuum switching path.

  • Patent number: 8633413
Abstract: A switchgear assembly has a contact gap and an insulating material nozzle. The insulating material nozzle at least partly encloses the contact gap. A nozzle channel for the insulating material nozzle opens with a outlet opening in a hot gas space. A deflector element is disposed within the hot gas space which defines a deflector channel. The deflector channel has a segment which has an expanding cross-section in the stream direction of a switching gas in the hot gas space.
