  • Publication number: 20200055620
Abstract: A production method for producing a transport and transfer receptacle for at least one fluid medium, for example, for at least one sterile liquid is proposed. The method comprises supplying at least one container for receiving the fluid medium. At least one energy unit is supplied. The energy unit effects—for example, complete—emptying of the fluid medium from the container when the transport and transfer receptacle is used. The fluid medium is introduced into the container and the container is closed. The fluid medium is charged with positive pressure, for example, using the energy unit. The positive pressure is maintained until the fluid medium is removed. Furthermore, a transport and transfer receptacle which can be produced according to the production method and which has at least one packaging is proposed.

  • Patent number: 9291177
Abstract: A duct in which a fluid can be conducted is bound by duct walls, wherein the duct walls have an inlet opening and an outlet opening through which the fluid can enter the duct and exit the duct. The fluid has a flow velocity which is smaller along the duct walls than at the duct middle, so that a zone of higher flow velocity and a zone of lower flow velocity can be formed in the duct. A flow guide surface is arranged in the duct by means of which a portion of the fluid can be taken from the zone of higher flow velocity and can be mixed into the zone of lower flow velocity.

  • Publication number: 20130068852
Abstract: A spray system for spraying a secondary fluid into a primary fluid. The secondary fluid is gaseous, liquid or contains fine particulate solids to be dispersed in the primary fluid. The spray system has a central nozzle for the primary fluid and a nozzle for the secondary fluid. The nozzle housing has a tubular design and the central nozzle is provided with a central passage for the primary fluid. The passage, as seen in the flow direction, has convergent inlet region, a constriction and a divergent outlet part. An outlet opening for the secondary fluid is arranged on the downstream end of the nozzle housing and an outlet opening generates a spray jet of secondary fluid that surrounds the primary fluid exiting the central passage in a substantially ring-shaped manner.

  • Publication number: 20130037628
Abstract: An externally mixing multi-component nozzle for spraying fluids with the assistance of an atomizing gas that is hot in relation to the fluids to be sprayed, said the gas particularly being steam or hot gas. The nozzle has a housing, wherein the housing has an outlet orifice for the atomizing gas, a first annular gap for fluid to be sprayed, surrounding the outlet orifice, and a second annular gap for the atomizing gas, surrounding the first annular gap, as well as a manifold. The manifold has at least one flow channel for fluid to be sprayed, from a connecting line to the first annular gap, and at least one flow channel from an atomizing gas connecting line to the outlet orifice for atomizing gas.

  • Patent number: 8028934
Abstract: An atomizing nozzle for two substances, which is used for spraying a liquid with the aid of a compressed gas, is provided. The atomizing nozzle includes a mixing chamber, a liquid inlet that extends into the mixing chamber, a compressed gas inlet which extends into the mixing chamber, and an outlet located downstream from the mixing chamber. An annular gap is provided which surrounds the outlet and discharges compressed gas at a high speed. The atomizing nozzle is used for purifying flue gas.

  • Publication number: 20070175538
Abstract: A system and method for filling a container such as a syringe or vial with liquid is provided. Also provided is a system and method for closing a filled container with a stopper or piston gas-pocket free. The systems and methods are carried out at a minimum of two different pressure levels to provide filled and/or closed containers substantially without formation of gas pockets or foaming in the container. Also provided is a system and method for degassing liquid useful in the filling and closing processes.

  • Patent number: 6138587
Abstract: An arrangement for burning refuse in which the refuse is deposited on a grate and transported to a drop-out shaft. A part of the air supplied for burning the refuse is transmitted as primary air from below the grate. A part of the air is also blown into a combustion chamber as secondary air. The resulting flue gas from the combustion is moved in a direct or parallel stream with the refuse to an end region of the combustion chamber, and deflected in direction and injected through an opening in a flue gas channel having a vertical center plane and two channel halves on both sides of the plane. At least a secondary air stream is blown into blown channel halves in the region of the channel opening, mirror-symmetrically to the center plane. The second air stream is blown in with a rotary pulse relative to a center axis of a cross-section of the channel halves. Two oppositely rotating swirls are generated by the secondary air streams in the channel halves symmetrically to the vertical center plane.

  • Patent number: 6109688
Abstract: Upholstery for a seat, rest or couch. The upholstery includes internal channels through which draining air may flow. Valve means that open under load or compression control air flow through the channels. The flow of draining air is increased automatically or given a desired flow distribution by the surface area pressure controlled by a seated person. The cross sections of the valve means and the channels may be designed so that even a very small pressure difference and correspondingly little energy expenditure will provide a satisfactory air flow rate.

  • Patent number: 6051041
Abstract: An assembly for separating liquid and/or solid particles carried in a multi-phase stream. The assembly has a separator, especially a droplet separator. An agglomerating device is prearranged with respect to the separator and has at least two rows of rods onto which the stream flows at an angle, especially a right angle, to the rods' longitudinal axes. The rods in a given row are opposite the gaps in an adjacent row. The rods have a maximum width of 2-10 mm, and the agglomerating device is flown against with a flow velocity of 2 to 15 m/sec. The following separator can be formed with a significantly more simple design by the prearrangement of the agglomerating device.
