  • Patent number: 9295991
Abstract: A jaw crusher includes a crushing chamber between a fixed jaw and a swing jaw. The jaw crusher also includes an eccentric drive which supports the first end of the swing jaw. The second end of the swing jaw is supported on a rocker plate. The counter-bearing of the rocker plate is arranged as a cross-member and is supported on a hydraulic overload protection mechanism. The cross-member is retained in lateral rocker arms held coaxially to the eccentric shaft of the eccentric drive. The lever axis of the rocker plate projects in a direction of the eccentric shaft and with this projection encloses an acute angle with a radial line of the eccentric shaft. The radial line passes through the counter-bearing of the rocker plate.

  • Patent number: 8514184
Abstract: The present invention relates to an operating element and a method of inputting values into a medical apparatus (1), having a touch-sensitive sensor (19) and an operating surface (22), the sensor (19) being mounted below a cover (20) forming the operating surface (22), which detects the presence or absence of an operating means (11) and generates a contact value (17). A display (14) of the operating element shows a current value (16), which is variable by means of the contact value (17) of the sensor (19) to a value (15) to be set. Advantageously, the current value (16) can be varied by means of contact of the operating surface (22) to any point or to a point which corresponds to the value (15) to be set, respectively depending on the manner of contact of the operating surface (22).

  • Publication number: 20130099038
Abstract: A jaw crusher is described, comprising a crushing chamber (2) between a fixed jaw (3) and a swing jaw (4), and an eccentric drive (7) for the swing jaw (4) which is supported at the end of the swing jaw opposite the eccentric drive (7) on a rocker plate (8) whose counter-bearing (10) arranged as a cross-member (9) is supported on its part on a hydraulic overload protection mechanism (12). In order to provide advantageous constructional conditions it is proposed that the cross-member (9) which forms the counter-bearing (10) for the rocker plate (8) is retained in lateral rocker arms (11) held coaxially to the eccentric shaft (6) of the eccentric drive (7), with the lever axis (15) of the rocker plate (8) enclosing an acute angle ? with a radial line (16) to the eccentric shaft (6) passing through the counter-bearing (10) of the rocker plate in a projection in the direction of the eccentric shaft (6).

  • Publication number: 20060165548
Abstract: The invention relates to a method for producing a molded body made of sintered steel, with a sintering powder on the basis of iron being mixed with a master alloy powder containing nickel, boron and iron, and with the powder mixture being pressed into a formed body before the formed body is sintered under the conditions of a liquid-phase sintering with a volume share of liquid phase up to 15%. In order to improve the impact strength, it is proposed that the boron content of the powder mixture is between 0.03% and 0.2% by weight at a boron share of the master alloy powder of less than 10% by weight, that the weight ratio between the nickel and the boron share of the powder mixture exceeds 5 and that the master alloy powder has an average particle size of between 10 and 90 ?m.
