  • Publication number: 20250018758
Abstract: A motor vehicle having an active damping control, which includes at least one vibration damper having a damper piston, which can be moved back and forth in a main pipe with hydraulic medium in an axial direction relative to the main pipe. The main pipe is arranged in a container pipe. An intermediate pipe is arranged between the main pipe and the container pipe. The main pipe, the intermediate pipe and the container pipe are arranged coaxially in a three-pipe damper. The damper piston is attached to an end of a piston rod.

  • Publication number: 20240416711
Abstract: A damping arrangement of an active chassis for an axle of a motor vehicle, wherein a damping system cooperates with each wheel of the axle. Each of the damping systems includes a damper having a double-acting hydraulic cylinder and a piston. The damper is couplable to a wheel suspension system of the respective wheel. A hydraulic pump and an electric motor drives the respective hydraulic pump, wherein the hydraulic pump is driven by the electric motor in different directions of rotation to provide different conveying directions. A hydraulic unit includes a hydraulic reservoir and valves, wherein the hydraulic pump and the hydraulic unit of the respective damping system cooperate with hydraulic chambers of the hydraulic cylinder of the respective damping system, such that, depending on the conveying direction of the hydraulic pump, a movement of the piston in either a first or second actuation direction can be provided.

  • Publication number: 20240278614
Abstract: A hydraulic system for the preferably active damping control of a motor vehicle. The system includes at least one damper, with which a damper shutoff member is associated and to which at least one hydraulic line is hydraulically connected. In order to simplify the assembly of the hydraulic damper, an end of the hydraulic line facing the damper is equipped with a line shutoff member, wherein the line shutoff member at the end of the hydraulic line facing the damper is integrated into a line connection block, which is secured in a hydraulically sealed but releasable manner to a damper connection block by the damper shutoff member being merged, along with a filling member, into a combined filling valve which is integrated into the damper connection block.

  • Patent number: 10203009
Abstract: An apparatus for thermal insulation on an actuating apparatus, which can be loaded with a pressure medium, of a disk brake having a piston which slides in a cylinder for the axial displacement of the brake linings against a brake disk, in particular a partially lined disk brake having an insulation body made from non-thermally conducting/poorly thermally conducting material for the insulation of the components of the actuating apparatus with respect to a brake lining. It is possible for a substantially circularly annular, metallic brake lining to be inserted into an insulation body which is made from ceramic material and separates the piston from the brake lining in a thermally insulating manner. The insulation body is configured with side faces which adjoin the circularly annular brake contact face so as to run toward the annular circumferential face in a convexly rounded manner in the direction of the piston.
