  • Patent number: 9064494
Abstract: The present invention relates to a method of and a device (30) for automatic recognition of given keywords and/or terms within voice data (25) of a talk between at least two participants, said voice data (25) being continuously compared during said talk with said given keywords and/or terms (26) with regard to the occurrence of said given keywords and/or terms (26) within said voice data (25). In order to provide a solution which guarantees that topics which should be part of a talk are actually dealt with during said talk, the method is characterized in that a visualized representation (48) of the results (45) of said comparison is presented to at least one participant during the talk.

  • Patent number: 8762138
Abstract: The present invention relates to a method as well as to a computing device (20) for editing a noise-database (13) containing noise information, said noise information being derived from noise signals within an audio stream (19). In order to enhance possibilities to create and utilize context information which emerge from tracking noise signals from an audio stream, for example a telephone call, the above method is characterized by the following steps: A) in a localizing step (14), determining geographical data of the location the noise signals origin from; B) in an analyzing step (15), analyzing the noise signals with reference to the noise content; C) in a linking step, linking the analyzed noise signals to said geographical data to create noise information; D) in a storing step, storing said noise information within said noise-database (13).

  • Patent number: 8509413
Abstract: Device and method for recognizing wanted and/or unwanted telephone calls of a telephone user as a function of the user's behavior. The device has an interface to at least one telephone of the user and an interface to at least one media terminal. A mechanism determines the input of a telephone call on the user's telephone. An examining mechanism establishes a spatial relationship between the user's telephone and the media terminal. A detection mechanism detects the activation state of the media terminal. A tapping mechanism taps the media content playing on the media terminal at the time point of the input of a telephone call on the user's telephone. A comparison mechanism compares the media content during an incoming call on the user's telephone with the media content of Event Files of a User Profile stored in a storage mechanism. A determining mechanism determines whether a call is wanted.
