  • Publication number: 20100272583
Abstract: Provided is a valve plate of a reciprocating compressor, the reciprocating compressor including a front housing and a rear housing, a cylinder block having a plurality of cylinder bores, a drive shaft rotatably supported by the front housing and the cylinder block, a swash plate connected to the drive shaft to be rotated therewith to vary its inclination angle, pistons reciprocally accommodated in the cylinder bores depending on slide movement of the swash plate, a valve plate installed between one end of the cylinder block and the rear housing and having a suction port and a discharge port, and a suction chamber and a discharge chamber that are formed in the rear housing with the valve plate interposed therebetween, characterized in that an oil suction passage, an oil discharge passage and a coolant supply passage are formed in a surface of the valve plate opposite to the pistons, the oil discharge passage is constituted by at least two branch passages directed from a center part toward an outer periphery of

  • Patent number: 6969094
Abstract: A tube coupling for the detachable coupling of tube line sections of a high-pressure tubing system. The tube coupling includes two coupling blocks held together by a clamping screw, whereby one of the coupling blocks has a coupling plug that engages a plug socket provided on the other coupling block. A sealing ring is formed of a plastically deformable material and is enclosed between a front face of the coupling plug and a bottom-side sealing surface of the plug socket. In order to protect the sealing ring from being lost, damages and/or contaminated during assembly or opening and dosing the coupling, in a preassembled condition it is enclosed within a protective socket. To homogeneously load the sealing ring, the sealing ring is located at one point of a supporting triangle, the two other supporting points of being formed by a pair of supporting surfaces arranged side by side at an outer end of side flanges of the coupling blocks.

  • Patent number: 6789569
Abstract: The pressure relief valve has a spring pressure-loaded diaphragm closing body (13), which in the closed position sealingly engages on a centrally positioned valve seating surface (10) surrounding a first valve opening (8). Its spring pressure loading takes place by means of a counterpressure body (13) positioned centrally over it. The valve seating surface (10) is surrounded by a channel-like valve chamber (11) in the valve housing body (2) and on which is provided on the overpressure side at least one second valve opening (9). To be able to dissipate high overpressures, the counterpressure body (30) is surrounded by a diaphragm support ring (17) held on the valve housing (6) and which has a circumferential recess (19), whose depth measured perpendicular to the diaphragm closing body (13) determines the maximum deflection of said body (13), so that when the valve is completely opened the diaphragm closing body (13) is supported in an area between the valve seating surface (10) and its outer edge.
