  • Patent number: 12723451
Abstract: A driver element for securing a window pane of a motor vehicle to a guide device of a window lifter. The driver element comprises an inner clamping element which comes into contact with the window pane face facing the interior of the motor vehicle, an outer clamping element which comes into contact with the window pane face facing away from the interior, a main part for attaching the driver element to the guide device, and a tensioning element which secures the outer clamping element to the main part. The inner clamping element and the outer clamping element form a single receiving gap for the window pane. The outer clamping element comprises a spring element arranged so as to exert a clamping force induced via the tensioning element onto the window pane located in the receiving gap.

  • Publication number: 20260175932
Abstract: A method for producing an assembly for a motor vehicle includes providing two separately formed components; applying adhesive intended for adhesively bonding the components to one another on at least one of the components; connecting the components by crimping; performing an immersion bath treatment of the connected components by electrophoretic deposition, by which the components are coated, where a gap extending between the adhesive and at least one of the components is formed during the crimping on a surface of the adhesive, which gap is filled at least partially with coating material by which the coating of the components is carried out during the immersion bath treatment, in which a coating of the components is formed.

  • Publication number: 20260048430
Abstract: A flanging tool has a working face which is designed to deform a flange of a metal sheet. The flanging tool is moved along the flange while the working face is in touching contact with the flange, wherein a spatial extent of the flanging tool in a direction perpendicular to the working face is within the range of 1 mm to 10 mm, and preferably 4 mm.

  • Patent number: 12544822
Abstract: A fold forming tool has a main body with a longitudinal axis and an active surface which is configured to fold over a flange, bent over from a metal sheet, onto the metal sheet by way of movement of the fold forming tool in the direction of the longitudinal axis along the flange in a working direction. The active surface extends in the direction of the longitudinal axis of the main body and is formed as a helical surface which is produced by way of a straight line being wound around a straight or curved helical axis, wherein the straight-line intersects the helical axis at an acute angle, as viewed in the working direction.

  • Publication number: 20240084633
Abstract: A window regulator for a side window of a motor vehicle, includes a slide guide rail on which a rail slide is slidably arranged. The side window is attached to a window holder arranged on the rail slide and the rail slide can be displaced largely in a Z-direction into an upper position and into a lower position. The slide guide rail can be fixed in position at an upper attachment point and a lower attachment point on a body part. The window holder and the upper attachment point and the lower attachment point are on a straight connecting line. The configuration of the window regulator ensures precise closing of the side window, in particular for frameless side windows, of a motor vehicle, even when the motor vehicle is travelling at very high speeds.
