  • Patent number: 7804450
Abstract: An electrical component is provided that provides at least a two shot injection molding structure. One of the at least two shots of plastic comprises a laser direct structuring material. Another of the at least two shots of plastic comprises a non-platable plastic. The laser direct structuring material is selectively activated such that a conductive trace can be plated on the laser direct structuring material.
    Type: Grant
    Filed: July 20, 2007
Date of Patent: September 28, 2010
    Assignee: Laird Technologies, Inc.
Inventors: Jonathan L. Sullivan, Stefan Lofgren, Ulf Palin

  • Patent number: 6211829
Abstract: An antenna to be mounted on a personal telephone. The antenna has a helical radiator, an elongated radiator extendable through the helical antenna, and a coupler for activating the extendable elongated radiator, when in extended position. A more compact antenna with less need for receiving depth inside the telephone, is achieved by permitting the extendable elongated radiator, when in a retracted position, to extend at least partially inside the helical radiator. In the extended position the elongated radiator may be coupled to the telephone directly or via the helical antenna.
    Type: Grant
    Filed: November 24, 1999
Date of Patent: April 3, 2001
    Assignee: Allgon AB
    Inventors: Ulf Saldell, Stefan Lofgren
  • Patent number: 6054957
Abstract: An antenna means to be mounted on a personal telephone is disclosed. The antenna means comprises a helical radiator, an elongated radiator extendable through the helical antenna, and a coupling means for activating the extendable elongated radiator, when in extended position. A more compact antenna means, with less need for receiving depth inside the telephone, is achieved by permitting the extendable elongated radiator, when in a retracted position, to extend at least partially inside the helical radiator. In the extended position the elongated radiator may be coupled to the telephone directly or via the helical antenna.

  • Patent number: 5149195
Abstract: An agitator comprises a vessel having an intake (101) through which a medium is introduced into the vessel, and rotating guide devices (12) for guiding and discharging the medium. The inner and outer defining surfaces of the vessel have a hyperbolic, conical shape and the cross-sectional area of the intake increases progressively towards the guide devices. The guide devices (12) extend horizontally towards the periphery of the vessel and are mounted on a horizontal rotatable bottom plate (11) which is driven for rotation from beneath.
