  • Patent number: 10437134
Abstract: A camera housing/lens system comprises a camera housing for a camera and a lens. The camera housing/lens system further comprises a lock for locking the lens in position. The lock includes a stop member joined to the lens or the lens mount, and an elastic element arranged between the stop member and the lens mount or between the stop member and the lens, wherein the elastic element is compressed between the stop member and the lens mount or between the stop member and the lens to lock the lens in position. A gap remains between the stop member and the lens mount or between the stop member and the lens. This “elastic compression” allows the position of the lens to be finely adjusted in relation to the lens mount, without having to release the compression in order to do so.

  • Patent number: 10132532
Abstract: The invention relates to a method for operating a cooling system, in which a cooling agent is prepared in a reservoir of an evaporator device (1) of a single- or multi-stage sorption cooling system, a fluid to be cooled is cooled by having a heat exchanger of the evaporator device (1) effect a cooling heat transfer from the fluid to be cooled to the cooling agent for cooling purposes, and the cooling heat transfer causes the cooling agent to at least partially evaporate on the heat exchanger, and the evaporated cooling agent is relayed to a liquefier device (2), wherein the cooling heat transfer is improved by conveying external thermal energy provided by an external heat source (10) to the cooling agent, specifically in addition to and separately from the cooling heat transfer, and thereby initiating bubble formation that supports cooling heat transfer in the cooling agent in the reservoir, specifically by inducing bubble formation in conjunction with supplying the external thermal energy or intensifying bub

  • Patent number: 6685203
Abstract: An individual wheel suspension for vehicles built on a longitudinal frame and comprises a steering knuckle attachment, which at its lower, outer end is connected to and journalled in a wheel spindle. Also included is a pair of upper and lower torsion rod placed in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle and journalled in the steering knuckle attachment and a transverse section of the frame, to form a parallelogram. A transverse stabilizer bar is connected to the ends of one pair of the above corresponding torsion rod, which ends are facing away from the steering knuckle attachment and positioned on either side of the vehicle. The arrangement is also provided with a first shock absorber, placed between the lower end of the steering spindle attachment and the vehicle frame, as well as an adjustable suspension device, which connects the lower end of the steering spindle attachment and the vehicle frame.
