  • Patent number: 11988259
Abstract: A friction disc has a flat carrier ring which includes a first surface and a second surface, wherein a first annular friction lining is arranged on the first surface, the first annular friction lining including a geometry that deviates from the circular ring shape, wherein the carrier ring also includes the geometry of the first friction lining, each as viewed in the axial direction, and/or the first annular friction lining including at least one opening in the axial direction, which extends in the axial direction also through the carrier ring, wherein the opening is formed to start at the inner circumference or at the outer circumference of the carrier ring.

  • Patent number: 11597028
Abstract: Clamping device (2) for clamping a non-consumable welding electrode (3) with an electrode holder (2A) which has a receiving chamber (2B) aligned in the longitudinal direction for receiving a welding electrode (3) which is insertable therein and at its front end has an end portion (2C) which widens conically towards the forward end and can be compressed by means of a clamping heat sink (2D) for holding the welding electrode (3), thus producing a large-surface cooling end face (KSF) for cooling the welding electrode (3).

  • Patent number: 9731374
Abstract: A cooled welding torch (1) having a cooling circuit, which cooling circuit extends via a nozzle fitting receiver (3) into a gas nozzle (9), and the gas nozzle (9) is attachable to the welding torch (1) by a defined turn, wherein the cooling circuit is routed through a redirecting element (5), which redirecting element (5) is positioned above the nozzle fitting receiver (3) and may be turned together with the gas nozzle (9), wherein a path of the cooling circuit is switchable by the position of the gas nozzle (9).

  • Publication number: 20160121423
Abstract: The invention relates to a TIG welding torch (1) comprising a torch head (2) with at least one non-melting electrode (3) and at least one feeder device (4) for a melting wire-shaped filler material (5), wherein the longitudinal axis of each electrode (3) and the longitudinal axis of each wire-shaped filler material (5) intersect each other in a Tool Center Point (TCP), and wherein the torch head (2) is arranged adjustably on a support (6) and is adapted to be fixed in at least two different positions while the Tool Center Point (TCP) remains the same. For achieving a compact construction and higher flexibility during welding, the support (6) is of elongate and quasi V-shaped design and comprises a circular guide (7) at the front end thereof, in which guide (7) a slide (8) connected with the torch head (2) is adapted to be arranged, so that the outer dimensions of the torch head (2) are not changed substantially in the case of an adjustment of the torch head (2).
