  • Patent number: 12358003
Abstract: A gas cleaning device including a filter cartridge with a filter medium and a first filter terminal, a duct with a filter support that removably supports the filter cartridge in a volume of the duct in between the gas inlet and the gas outlet of the duct, and a gas ionizer that provides enhanced intrinsic safety against malfunction, ozone release and electric shocks of maintenance personnel. When the filter cartridge is inserted into the filter support, the first duct terminal contacts the first filter terminal and the first ionizer terminal is electrically connected with the first duct terminal via the first filter terminal. If the filter cartridge is removed from the filter support, the electrical connection between the gas ionizer and the duct terminal is interrupted.

  • Publication number: 20250045811
Abstract: Search techniques are described that support locating and displaying prospective objects in digital images based on a removed object. A digital image, for instance, is received by a computing device as an input depicting a physical environment with various objects and displayed in a user interface. An object depicted by the digital image is removed. An aspect of the removed object is identified. A search system leverages the aspect to locate a prospective object. The prospective object is configured for display within the digital image. As a result, the digital image is displayed in the user interface as having the configured prospective object depicted in the physical environment.

  • Publication number: 20230368282
Abstract: Extended reality auction techniques are described that support conducting live auctions in an extended reality environment, such as augmented or virtual reality environments. Image data, for instance, is received by a computing device from a first computing device depicting an item for auction. An extended reality auction system initiates an auction for the item based on identifying that at least part of the item is in the image data. The image data is provided to a second computing device for display in the extended reality environment during the auction. Responsive to determining that a criterion of the auction is not satisfied by the image data, remedial action is initiated by the extended reality auction system.

  • Patent number: 10801377
Abstract: A method for operating a rotation separator in an internal combustion engine, wherein, after the engine and separator have been switched off, it is determined whether there is a danger of the condensate in the separator freezing to ice because of cold ambient temperatures. If there is danger of ice formation, the separator is started up again by itself, i.e., without the engine being re-started, and is operated at a speed that effectively removes condensate from the rotor of the separator, so as to prevent icing of the separator.

  • Publication number: 20180021630
Abstract: This disclosure is directed to a smart playable flying disc and methods for determining associated motion parameters. The playable device may capture and transmit sensor data including motion data to a computing device. Motion parameters can be determined based on the sensor data. For example, an initial velocity of the playable device can be determined based on a throw duration and a maximum acceleration. Machine learning algorithms can determine updated parameters based on learned parameters. The playable device can include rapid charging circuits to receive power from a remote charger. Sensor data may also be interpreted by the computing device as gestures for interacting with the computing device or for presentation during gameplay. The computing device can capture image data of the playable device and identify the playable device and annotate image data based on the sensor data from the playable device.
