  • Publication number: 20240101057
Abstract: The disclosure relates to a method for operating a motor vehicle, which comprises a high-voltage on-board electrical system and a low-voltage on-board electrical system, which are connected by means of a DC-to-DC converter. The high-voltage on-board electrical system is connected to a battery via a switching circuit, and an electromotive main drive is fed by means of the high-voltage on-board electrical system. An electrical contacting of the battery with the high-voltage on-board electrical system is terminated by means of the switching circuit, and the main drive is operated as a generator, such that electrical energy is fed into the high-voltage on-board electrical system, by means of which electrical energy the low-voltage on-board electrical system is fed via the DC-to-DC converter.

  • Publication number: 20230015170
Abstract: A system for the electric power supply of a vehicle, wherein the vehicle comprises multiple electricity users, comprises an energy accumulator and a DC/DC converter, wherein the energy accumulator comprises n strands each having at least one energy accumulator cell and the DC/DC converter comprises n input modules, wherein each time one strand of the energy accumulator and one input module of the DC/DC converter form a closed circuit, wherein n circuits are interconnected, and wherein each circuit is connected to the users.

  • Publication number: 20220234465
Abstract: An on-board network for a motor vehicle including a control device, an energy storage device, and multiple components operable via the energy storage device. The on-board network is divided into at least two sub-networks and the sub-networks each include at least one of the components. The components of different sub-networks are each assigned to at least one different operating state of the motor vehicle. Each of the sub-networks can be separated from the energy storage device via at least one switching device and the control device is configured to activate the switching devices as a function of operating state information which describes at least one present operating state of the motor vehicle.
