  • Patent number: 9382952
Abstract: A balancing element for balancing a clutch, including a shaft for inserting into a housing opening of a clutch cover, a head axially protruding from the shaft for limiting an insertion depth, and cutting edges radially protruding from the shaft for plastically deforming a wall surrounding the housing opening. A deforming stop is arranged at a distance from the cutting edges between the cutting edges and the head in order to plastically deform a part of the wall between the cutting edges and the deforming stop. By the plastic deformation of the wall into an area between the cutting edges and the deforming stop, the balancing element can be accommodated captively even under operating conditions without additional tools, whereby simple and economical production of an operationally reliable clutch is enabled.

  • Publication number: 20080220391
Abstract: The actuator incorporates a foot subassembly for selectively controlling either any movement of the chair or a use of a handpiece, comprises a main board subassembly for a) controlling the movements and positions of the chair and for supplying power to a foot subassembly for selectively controlling; and/or b) converting for further transmitting a linear voltage existing in the foot subassembly for selectively controlling, from analog to digital values; a control subassembly for a) activating the handpiece; b) controlling, via a touchpad, the movements and other functional features of the chair; and c) monitoring for displaying all activities of the chair; air valve subassembly for regulating a quantity of air that passes through it and, hence, a pressure supplied to the handpiece via a solenoid valve; and a display unit for viewing the status and activities of the chair.

  • Patent number: 7216730
Abstract: Driving system for a an industrial truck with a combustion engine, a two-branch gear transmission whose first shaft is coupled to the combustion engine, whose second shaft is coupled to a change-over transmission, whose outlet acts on the driven wheels of the industrial truck via a collecting transmission, an electric transmission of which a first electric machine cooperates therewith, with respect to the torque, using the two-branch gear transmission, and a second electric machine is coupled via at least one collecting transmission to the driven wheels, the two-branch gear transmission producing a constant torque ratio between the first electric machine and at least the first and second shaft and an electrical circuit arrangement electrically coupling the electric machines and being connected to an electric accumulator, two mechanical hydraulic converters of which one is coupled to the first or second shaft of the two-branch gear transmission and the second to the electric transmission, and devices for the

  • Patent number: 7213684
Abstract: Device for holding a load on a load support of an industrial truck with the following characteristics: a support construction, adjustable in its height by a lifting drive, is mounted above the load support the support construction has several vertical guidances, distributed across a plane, in each of which one plunger (8) is vertically guided a clamping device is attached on the support construction, by means of which the plungers are fixable in the guidances in an arbitrary height position, and an actuation device for the clamping device for optional clamping or releasing the plungers in their guidances.
