  • Publication number: 20230360943
Abstract: The disclosure relates to a conveyor device which is designed to simultaneously convey a plurality of payloads, in particular wafers. Each payload is paired with a transport body (mover) which can be moved and positioned in a floating manner over a surface of a stator, and the transport body is moved and positioned preferably with respect to all six degrees of freedom. The transport body and the paired payloads are received in a sealed transport chamber, the stator is arranged below the sealed transport chamber, the floor of the transport chamber is arranged above the surface of the stator and parallel thereto, and the housing of each transport body is likewise preferably sealed.

  • Patent number: 11299057
Abstract: The invention relates to a method for charging an electrical energy store, the electrical energy store comprising at least one electrical energy storage unit and a predefined maximum permissible energy-store voltage limit value being specified for the electrical energy store. The electrical energy store is charged with a pulsed charging voltage, a maximum value of the pulsed charging voltage being greater than the predefined maximum permissible energy-store voltage limit value over a pulse duration in the case of at least one pulse. The invention further relates to a corresponding device for charging the electrical energy store, to a corresponding computer program, to a corresponding machine-readable storage medium and to a corresponding electrical energy store.

  • Publication number: 20190190426
Abstract: The invention relates to a method (300) and a device (170) for reducing mechanical loads in a powertrain (100). An electric machine (130) is provided as the drive assembly of the powertrain (100), and an inverter (110) is provided in order to output a multiphase output voltage for supplying the electric machine (130). The method (300) has the following steps: determining (320) the multiphase output voltage (UA) for operating the electric machine (130); adding (340) a specifiable voltage (VU) and the specified output voltage (UA); and outputting (350) the sum (SU) of the multiphase output voltage (UA) and the specifiable voltage (VU) in order to supply the electric machine (130).
