  • Publication number: 20110236124
Abstract: The invention relates to a device for mounting at least one lever (20). The device comprising a housing (10), in which the lever (20) can be received at least regionally. Furthermore, a bearing support (30) having a bearing axis (31) is provided, about which the lever (20) is pivotally mounted. The bearing support (30) comprises two bearing elements (21, 11), that is a first bearing element (21) which is rotationally fixed to the lever (20) and a second bearing element (11) which is arranged on the housing (10) in a rotationally fixed manner. According to the invention, the second bearing element (11) is integral with the housing (10). Furthermore, a securing member (40) is provided, which secures both bearing elements (21, 11) in the assembled position thereof. Both bearing elements (21, 11) are only held together by a pure positive engagement taking into consideration the securing member (40).

  • Patent number: 7175210
Abstract: The invention relates to a lock, especially for automotive doors or flaps, comprising a rotary latch (20) with which a closing element (13) engages when the door is closed and which pivots the rotary latch (20) from an open position via a pre-latch position to a main latch position. The lock further comprises a catch (30) which, in a pre-latch position, engages with a pre-stop notch provided on the rotary latch (20), and in a main latch position engages with a main stop notch provided on the rotary latch (20). An actuating element (40) acts upon the catch (30) in the manner of a power-driven opening assistance. An actuating surface (44) which radially enlarges in the direction of rotation (42) effects the lifting of the latch (30) in a simple manner. A loaded lever on the lock prevents the catch (30) from re-engaging with the rotary latch (20) once the catch (30) is disengaged, in case the rotary latch (20) does not pivot to the open position due to a load.

  • Patent number: 6234548
Abstract: A motor-vehicle door-latch handle assembly has a mounting plate, an elongated handle having a rear end pivoted in the mounting plate and a front end formed with a horizontally and transversely projecting actuation arm having a hook end. The handle is pivotal on the plate between an inner position with the front end resting against the door and an outer position with the front end pulled horizontally out of the door. A coupling element is pivoted on the door about a horizontal axis and has one radially projecting coupling arm engageable with the hook end of the handle, another radially projecting coupling arm, and a radially projecting abutment formation. A link extends vertically between the other coupling arm and the latch so that when the handle is displaced into the outer position the element is pivoted and the link is displaced vertically to actuate the latch.
