  • Patent number: 11876422
Abstract: A rotor for an electric machine has winding elements which are arranged in axially running grooves of a rotor body and having a winding head which is arranged axially next to the rotor body. The winding elements exit from the grooves in the axial direction in the region of the winding head and run in the axial direction in the region of the axial ends of the winding elements. Each of the winding elements has four curved portions in the region of the winding head. The rotor includes a plurality of tension bolts and a winding head carrier. The tension bolts connect the winding head to the winding head carrier and penetrate through the winding head radially.

  • Patent number: 8922088
Abstract: Provided is a rotor for a dynamoelectric machine. The rotor includes winding elements arranged in axially extending grooves of a rotor body, a winding head arranged axially adjacent to the rotor body, and a winding head carrier, connected to the winding head by means of tension bolts, all arranged in such a way that reliable securing of the winding head against radial expansion due to centrifugal forces is ensured, while resulting in a compact and cost-effective configuration as well as sufficient cooling.

  • Patent number: 8872404
Abstract: A dynamoelectric machine includes a rotor body, an annular winding head which is arranged axially next to the rotor body and coaxially in relation thereto, a support ring which is arranged radially inside the winding head and coaxially in relation thereto, the winding head and the support ring are torsion-proof with the rotor body, the winding head and the support ring are clamped together in the radial direction by tension rods which are guided through radial boreholes in the winding heads and in the support ring, where radially inner ends of the tension rods engage on the support ring and radially outer ends of the tension rods engage on bearing blocks which rest on the winding head, and the radially inner ends of the tension rods and the radially outer ends of the tension rods are mounted by the bearing blocks having a spherical surface.

  • Publication number: 20140159537
Abstract: The invention concerns an asynchronous machine having a slip-ring rotor for use with a variable rotational speed, with a rotor, a rotor body, having grooves mounted radially into the rotor body, winding elements of the rotor, from which respectively at least one element runs axially through each of the grooves, locking elements, which co-operate in a form fit manner with the rotor body and close the grooves radially and outwardly, a high voltage insulation with outer corona protection around each of the winding elements. The invention is characterised in that between the outer corona protection of the winding element and at least one neighbouring wall of the groove in peripheral direction electrically conducting connecting means are arranged for releasable connection of the winding element with the rotor body.

  • Publication number: 20130187493
Abstract: The invention relates to a rotor for a dynamoelectric machine, having the following features: winding elements which are arranged in axially extending grooves of a rotor body; a winding head which is arranged axially adjacent to the rotor body, wherein in the region of the winding head the winding elements exit the grooves in the axial direction, then extend at an angle to the axial direction, and then extend in the axial direction again in the vicinity of the axial ends of said winding elements, and are connected with further winding elements; a winding head carrier which is radially arranged within the winding head; the winding head is connected with the winding head carrier by means of tension bolts which engage at the radially outer ends thereof on support bodies, which in turn lie on the winding elements in the region of the winding head; the tension bolts penetrate the winding head in the radial direction in the axially extending areas or the areas of the bending of the winding elements from the axia
