  • Patent number: 11795614
Abstract: An apparatus for dispersing or refining organic material includes a rotor shaft extending along a rotation axis, a rotor to be driven to rotate by the rotation axis, and a housing arranged around the rotor shaft and the rotor, the housing having an inlet for receiving the organic material and an outer wall. The housing has a stator disc, and the rotor has a rotor disc, each disc having teeth on a surface that is turned toward the other disc. After organic material has been dispersed by the teeth, the organic material is fed into a dilution zone where the organic material is mixed with dilution liquid introduced through a number of dilution inlets before the mix is fed out of the apparatus via an outlet arranged in the outer wall. The dilution inlets are angled in relation to the radial of the rotation axis, in a plane perpendicular to the rotation axis.

  • Publication number: 20230235506
Abstract: An apparatus for processing a suspension including organic material and liquid, including a housing including an inlet and an outlet; a container arranged within the housing; a screw including a screw shaft and flights arranged within the container; a space defined between the screw and the container, through which the suspension is longitudinally transportable by a rotation of the screw. Further, the container includes a longitudinally extending first part and a longitudinally extending second part; the first part including a beveled edge the second part including a sharp edge whereby an anti-rotation tooth is generated on the inner surface of the container. A method for processing the suspension is also provided.

  • Publication number: 20220356550
Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a high-chromium white iron alloy comprising rare-earth (RE) element. The alloy comprises RE of 0.01-0.6 wt %, Cr of 26-30 wt %, C of 2.5-4 wt %, Si of 0.2-2 wt %, Mn of 0.5-1 wt %, Mo of 0.2-0.5 wt %, Ni of 0.01-0.6 wt %, at most 1 wt % of impurities, and a balance of Fe. The invention also relates to a white iron product made from the alloy. Further, the invention relates to a method comprising adding an RE powder to a metal melt comprising Cr, C, Si, Mn, Mo, Ni and Fe as above, whereby a white iron alloy melt comprising RE is formed.

  • Publication number: 20060096788
Abstract: A reamer assembly for widening a drilled pilot hole or for widening a hole that has been widened in a first step in a down-the-hole drilling operation, includes a shank (14) for attachment of the reamer to the end of a down-the-hole hammer drill and a conical drill bit or crown (15). The conical bit (15) of the reamer is divided into at least three segments (18) which are terminated with a transverse end surface (21) that directly connects the conical segments and at least three of the segments (18) include drill buttons (16) that are disposed equidistantly from the centre axis of the drill bit (15).
