  • Patent number: 12362621
Abstract: A stator of an electric motor has a number of radially directed stator teeth, onto each of which an insulating coil carrier for a coil of a multiphase rotating field winding is or can be placed. The stator teeth are connected to one another on the outer circumference on a yoke side, forming stator grooves. On the inner circumference, on a pole shoe side, a groove gap is respectively formed between adjacent stator teeth. Stiffening is provided on the inner circumference on the pole shoe side of the stator teeth, in the form of a stiffening element that projects into the or each groove gap.

  • Publication number: 20250030280
Abstract: A stator of an electric motor includes a tooth and a coil body. The tooth can be radially divided, from a central axis of the stator, into consecutive portions being a tooth root, a tooth neck and a tooth head. The tangential dimensions of the tooth root and tooth head project beyond those of the tooth neck. The coil body is U-shaped and, after attachment to the tooth, at least partially axially and radially covers the portions. The coil body can be force-lockingly secured to the tooth, between the tooth root and the tooth head, in a radial direction relative to the central axis. An electric motor having the stator is also provided.

  • Patent number: 11689085
Abstract: A method for mounting a switching unit on a component of an electric motor, including a component of an electric motor. The component may include a plurality of teeth and coil windings, arranged on the teeth and are formed by winding wire portions, the winding wire portions protruding from the coil windings by means of winding wire ends. A switching unit, which has an arrangement of connecting conductors, is arranged on the component of the electric motor. At least some of the winding wire ends are connected to the connecting conductors of the switching unit. In order to connect the winding wire ends to the connecting conductors of the switching unit, a positioning element, operatively connected to the winding wire ends, and the switching unit are moved relative to each other along a movement plane and the winding wire ends are thereby brought into contact with the connecting conductors.

  • Patent number: 9787155
Abstract: A stator system for an electric motor has multiple coil formers and stator windings that are wound on the coil formers. The stator windings are distributed over the circumference of the stator system and are arranged to form a substantially circular stator star. A number of the stator windings are electrically insulated in the axial direction in each case by way of a phase separator. The stator windings in each case of two coil formers are electrically connected as a coil pair in an electrically conductive manner by a conductor track. The conductor track is retained by a separating web that is arranged in the axial direction above the allocated phase separator and that extends in a radial direction.
