They are connected by an elongated or angled connecting element with two opposing external clamping surfaces, at least certain sections of which are straight, and an expansion joint extending between the external clamping surfaces. The connecting element is introduced into the clamping channel, and at least one spreading element is introduced into at least one section of the expansion joint in such a way that the external clamping surfaces of the connecting element are clamped against the lateral surfaces of the clamping channel of at least one profiled bar. The connecting element is covered at the ends by an extensible terminal element, which covers the expansion joint.

Abstract: The invention relates to a cooling device (1) with a plurality of evaporation chambers (10) being positioned adjacently and having one open side and boundary walls (11) of a thermally conductive material, on the inner surfaces (13) of which a fleece (15) soaked with a liquid is arranged, and the outer surfaces (12) of said walls being suitable for being contacted with a material to be cooled. The cooling device further comprises, corresponding to the number of evaporation chambers (10), a plurality of adjacently positioned condensation chambers (20), having one open side and boundary walls (21) of a thermally conductive material, which are suitable for dissipating heat to the ambient environment through their outer surfaces (22).
