In some embodiments, systems for lifestyle management are provided, the systems comprising: at least one hardware processor that: receives a work-optional age selection from a user; receives a plurality of lifestyle choice settings; based on the plurality of lifestyle choice settings, presents prompts to the user to make a selection of a desired lifestyle for each of a plurality of lifestyle categories; receives from the user a plurality of desired lifestyle selections in response to the prompts; and based on the plurality of desired lifestyle selections, presents a currency amount of assets needed for the user to live a lifestyle consistent with the plurality of desired lifestyle selections for a period of the life of the user.
