  • Patent number: 10549392
Abstract: The invention relates to a hammering device for influencing the subsurfaces of workpieces comprising a beating tool for acting on the workpiece, a beating mechanism which has a first beater for producing a beating pulse on the beating tool, and a drive for driving the beating mechanism, wherein the beating mechanism has at least a second beater for producing a beating pulse on the beating tool. According to the invention, it is intended for the beating mechanism to comprise a drive shaft that extends along a drive axis and a wobble ring for transforming a rotational movement of the drive shaft into a translational movement, and the first beater and the second beater to be driven by the wobble ring.

Abstract: The invention relates to a hammering device (10) for influencing the subsurfaces of workpieces (14) comprising a beating tool (16) for acting on the workpiece (14), a beating mechanism (18) which has a beater (20) for producing a beating pulse on the beating tool (16), and a drive (32) for driving the beating mechanism (18), wherein the beating mechanism (18) has at least a second beater (20) for producing a beating pulse on the beating tool (16). According to the invention, it is intended for the beating mechanism (18) to comprise a drive shaft (30) that extends along a drive axis (A) and a wobble ring (28) for transforming a rotational movement of the drive shaft (30) into a translational movement, and the first beater (20.1) and the second beater (20.2) to be driven by the wobble ring (28).

  • Patent number: 9327329
Abstract: The present invention describes a rolling tool device for compression rolling of, in particular, blade elements of a rotor area of a jet engine provided with a tool carrier. The tool carrier is connectable to a carrier spindle. Furthermore, two pliers-type bodies are rotatably connected to the tool carrier. The pliers-type bodies are each provided with a rolling area, with a distance between the rolling areas being variable in dependence of the rotary movement of the pliers-type bodies. In accordance with the present invention, an axis of the carrier spindle in the state connected to the tool carrier passes between the rolling areas through a contact point present at a distance between the rolling areas equal to zero.
