    Abstract: The invention relates to a method for controlling a modulating valve during a filling operation on a plurality of receptacles to fill them with a pourable product. The valve includes a shutter for closing or opening an outflow passage of the valve, designed to control the filling of receptacles. The method includes measuring the flowrate of the pourable product passing through the valve; measuring the position of the shutter along the axis; and controlling the position of the shutter as a function of the desired flowrate. The method also includes defining an initial table containing at least the flowrate and position values measured prior to a first filling during the same filling operation; and updating the table with flowrate and position values measured during fillings subsequent to the first filling during the same filling operation. The controlling step is carried out as a function of the table.

    Abstract: A valve is disclosed. The valve has a magnetic actuator, which is provided with a sleeve extending along an axis, with a movable core made of ferromagnetic material and axially guided by the inner surface of the sleeve, and with a magnetic stator arranged in a fixed position around the sleeve. The stator has a housing made of ferromagnetic material, a coil facing the external surface of the sleeve, and two magnets, which are aligned with the coil, are arranged on opposite axial sides of the coil, and have a same pole aimed against each other. The valve has a conduit with a valve seat axially facing a plug member, which is coaxial and fixed with respect to an end portion of the core, so as to open and close the valve seat.     Abstract: A filling machine for filling a container with a liquid having a gas line, a liquid supply line connectable to a liquid tank and at least one filling device. The filling device having an inlet communicating with the liquid supply line, a lower outlet and a gas port communicating with the gas line. A differential pressure sensor is connected to the gas line and the liquid supply line to determine a feedback value defined by the pressure difference between the lines. The gas line communicates with a gas tank that is separated from the liquid supply line and connected to a pressurized gas source. The gas tank is also connected to a discharge opening via valves controlled by an electronic control unit that brings the pressure difference between the liquid supply line and the gas line to a set-point corresponding to the feedback value.
