  • Patent number: 7451546
Abstract: A hand-held jigsaw machine includes a machine housing (11), a saw blade (13) that is drivable in a reciprocating manner by a motor, a support device (20) with a support roller (23) that supports the saw blade on its back (132), and a holder (22) that is fixed to the machine housing (11) and accommodates the support roller (23) between two arms (222, 223), and a guide device (21) for guiding and supporting the saw blade (13) transversely to the saw direction with guide elements (24, 25) on opposite sides of the saw blade (13) at an adjustable distance from each other. To ensure economical production of the support and guide device and to reduce the number of components required, the guide device (21) is integrated in the holder (22) of the support device (20).

  • Patent number: 7441338
Abstract: A clamping device for toolless clamping of saw blades equipped with the clamping shank for a hand machine tool has two clamping parts that are pressable against each other. Each of the clamping parts is provided with a support surface for the clamping shank of a saw blade insertable between the clamping parts. At least one of the clamping parts is movable in relation to the other of the clamping parts in order to clamp and release the clamping shank. An independent actuating element is movable by hand and provides a sliding movement or a rotating movement.

  • Publication number: 20080052921
Abstract: A base plate (20) for a power scroll saw is disclosed, which has a through opening (15) for a saw blade (13) that is drivable in a reciprocating motion by the power scroll saw. To prevent defective straight cuts and laterally obliquely extending cuts, especially in thick material to be cut, from lateral deflection of the tip of the saw blade in sawing, a guide device (21) with guide elements (22, 23) protruding into the through opening (15) is integrated with the base plate (20). With power scroll saws that have no guide device for laterally guiding the saw blade (13), an improved outcome of sawing can be attained by simply replacing its base plate for the novel base plate (20) disclosed here (FIG. 2).

  • Publication number: 20060288594
Abstract: A hand power tool (10) that can be folded in its longitudinal span, having a housing base body (12) that holds the driven tool insert (14, 15) and whose axis is adjustable—relative to the axis of a housing part (11) serving as a handle—around a folding axis (13), is made especially compact and lightweight in that the hand power tool (10) is embodied in the form of a universal saw that has the ability to be locked in various angular positions of the housing parts (11, 12) relative to one other; the housing part (11) contains the drive motor (19), whose driven rotary motion is transmitted via an angle transmission (23, 35) to the tool insert—a saw blade (13, 14)—that is guided in the housing base body (12).

  • Publication number: 20060243105
Abstract: An electric power tool (10) having a housing (12) from which a power cable (22) leads, is safer for the user because the circumference of the power cable (22) has lighting means (21, 26, 28, 30) along its longitudinal span, whose light makes the power cable (22) easily visible to the human eye in the dark.

  • Patent number: 7111405
Abstract: A power scroll saw with a housing and a saw blade capable of being driven in a reciprocating manner, and with tongs-like guides that guide the saw blade in a laterally-supported manner is capable of being used in a variety of work applications due to the fact that the guide means are capable of being switched by hand selectively into a position having lateral clearance from the saw blade and into a position in which they laterally support the saw blade.

  • Publication number: 20050076509
Abstract: A power compass saw (10) with a housing (12) that accommodates a lifting rod for the up and down movement of a longitudinal saw blade (27) attached thereto, the saw blade having a toothed side and a saw blade back (270), and with a guide roller (29) which supports the saw blade back (270) and has a central circumferential groove (290) into which the saw blade extends with its saw blade back (270) and is guided therein, whereby the sides of the circumferential groove (290) are tapered, the power compass saw functioning particularly precisely and efficiently due to the fact that the saw blade back (270) of the saw blade (27) is designed with a 7° conical configuration and/or taper on both sides, so that it tapers toward the saw blade back (270) and is capable of being supported in two dimensions in the circumferential groove (290), the groove sides (291) of which have a 5° taper.
