  • Publication number: 20240012997
Abstract: System, method, and a computer program product for generating embeddings are provided. A machine learning framework generates a fully connected network from a dataset associated with words. The words correspond to nodes in the fully connected network. The weights are associated with correlations between the nodes and correspond to the links in the fully connected network. The machine learning framework transforms the correlations corresponding to the links into distances. The machine learning framework generates a sparse network from the fully connected network based on the distances. From the sparse network, machine learning framework determines sentence structures by traversing the nodes. Using the sentence structures, the machine learning framework uses a neural network to generate embeddings in the embedded space.

  • Publication number: 20230121968
Abstract: System and methods for training and using a machine-learning similarity framework are provided. During training, the similarity framework generates an ensemble of tress. The trees have different properties at each node. The similarity framework uses the ensemble of trees to determine similarity between objects. The objects are propagated through nodes of each tree in the ensemble of trees until the objects reach leaf nodes. The objects are propagated by comparing the properties at each node of the tree to the features of the objects until the objects reach the leaf nodes. The similarity framework determines a similarity score for every two objects in each tree and adjusts the similarity score by tree importance. The object similarity score is determined by combining the similarity scores from the trees in the ensemble of trees. The similarity framework generates a similarity matrix with the object similarity scores of the every two objects.

The object similarity score is determined by combining the similarity scores from multiple trees in the ensemble of trees. The similarity framework generates a similarity matrix that stores object similarity scores for multiple pairs of objects.
