The network node obtains a request from the wireless communications device to establish a connection to a first core network node included in the core network. The first core network node is not available for connection to the wireless communications device. The network node provides the wireless communications device with a rejection of the request to establish the connection to the first core network node, which rejection includes an indication to initiate a Tracking Area Update, TAU.
