  • Publication number: 20240183456
Abstract: The application relates to a valve device having a valve housing which has at least two connection openings, each of which opens into a chamber of the valve housing, and is closed by a cover, having at least one sealing disk unit, which separates the two chambers from one another and which has as sealing disks a fixed disk held non-rotatably in the valve housing and at least one rotating disk mounted rotatably around an axis of rotation, wherein the sealing disks resting axially on one another each have at least one flow opening, in order to release a flow cross section between the chambers in at least one overlapping position of the flow openings with one another, and having a spring element, which is held pre-tensioned between the rotating disk and the cover, wherein the fixed disk rests axially on the lower side, facing away from the rotating disk, on a housing-fixed projection.

  • Publication number: 20220403952
Abstract: The application relates to a rotary valve, in particular a multi-way regulating valve, with a housing, which has at least one inlet connection and at least one outlet connection for a liquid and/or gaseous medium, with at least one valve element, which is rotatably mounted in the housing between the connections in order to set at least one desired flow cross-section, and with a control shaft, which is non-rotatably connected to the valve element, which control shaft is led out of the housing with a coupling end, through an opening in a housing wall of the housing, wherein the control shaft has a radial projection, which has an axial stop for making axial contact with an annular sealing protrusion of the housing wall, and with at least one sealing element acting between the control shaft and the housing.

  • Publication number: 20150233476
Abstract: A valve arrangement having a valve, in particular, a disk valve, is provided which has a first housing with several connections for a fluid or a gaseous medium, and with a drive unit, which has a second housing with a drive mechanism arranged therein. The housings are at least essentially spaced apart from one another. The valve has a control shaft and the drive unit and a drive shaft that is operatively connected to the drive mechanism and operatively connected or operatively connectable to the control shaft by means of a coupling device. The coupling device is arranged between the first and the second housing.

  • Publication number: 20150233483
Abstract: A disc valve, in particular a multi-way control valve, is provided which has a housing that has an inlet connection and an outlet connection as connections for a liquid and/or gaseous medium. The connections end in respectively different chambers of the housing, at least one valve disc, in particular a ceramic valve disc, which is provided with at least one first through-flow opening and is arranged rotatably mounted in the housing in order to fluidically connect and separate from each other the different chambers depending on its rotational position by means of the through-flow opening, and a control shaft, which is connected torque-proof to the valve disc in the housing. The disc valve is characterized in that the control shaft or the valve disc has a radial projection, and the housing has at least one rotation stop, which is located in the movement path of the radial projection.

  • Publication number: 20150233482
Abstract: A multiway control valve is provided having a housing that has an inlet connection and an outlet connection for a liquid and/or gaseous medium, a rotatably mounted ceramic valve disc, which is arranged with a first through-flow opening and rotatably mounted in the housing to fluidically connect and disconnect from each other the connections depending on its rotational position. The valve disc rests flatly on a ceramic sealing disc, arranged in a torque-proof manner and having two second through-flow openings, and a sealing element, which is arranged between the sealing disc and an intermediate floor of the housing and is elastically deformable. The sealing element has a disc shape and has third through-flow openings that are aligned with the second through-flow openings. The intermediate floor has at least one retaining projection that engages in one of the three through-flow openings for positively locking anti-twist protection of the sealing element.
