  • Patent number: 10028384
Abstract: The present invention relates to a circuit board assembly, comprising a circuit board which has a first and a second solder region, which is galvanically separated from the first, and which furthermore has a separator arranged between the solder regions and rising out from the solder regions, having a power semiconductor component which has a housing having an output connection side, from which at least one control connection and a plurality of output connections protrude, which are arranged substantially adjacent to each other on the output connection side, wherein the control connection is electrically and mechanically connected to the first solder region and the output connections are electrically and mechanically connected to the second solder region and the control connection is separated from the output connections via the raised separator.

  • Patent number: 9730326
Abstract: Electrical contact arrangement for an electric motor and method for producing same. The present invention relates to an electrical contact arrangement for an electric motor, in particular for an EC drive of a motor vehicle fan, comprising an elongate contact which runs perpendicular to a planar basic conductor, wherein the basic conductor is in the form of a leadframe, and a conductive cohesive and/or form-fitting and/or force-fitting connection is provided between the leadframe and the contact. The present invention also relates to a method for the production of said electrical contact arrangement.

Inventors: Steffen Ehrmann, Katharina Gerlach, Artur Schmidt, Karl-Heinz Fleischmann
  • Patent number: 9667123
Abstract: An electric motor for driving a motor vehicle component, particularly a fan wheel for cooling coolant water, contains a rotor that is rotatably mounted opposite a stator, and an electronic system. The electronic system contains a punched grid provided with a plastic over-mold and a current path which conducts the motor current and has two current path ends spaced apart from one another forming an interruption point that is bridged by a thermal fuse. The thermal fuse has a spring-loaded contact bridge which is held so as to pivot about an axis that extends perpendicularly to the plane in which the interruption point lies.
