Abstract: A hydraulics unit for an internal combustion engine with a hydraulically variable gas exchange valve gear, is provided that includes a hydraulic housing having a pressure chamber, a pressure relief chamber and a venting duct. The venting duct is connected, on a hydraulic housing inner side, to the pressure relief chamber via a restriction and opens on a hydraulic housing outer side. The venting duct has a siphon with a downward first duct section and an upward second duct section, respectively in the direction of gravity and in the venting direction. • Patent number: 8722779
Abstract: The invention relates to a thermoplastic processible aminoplast resin, a method for its production and a fine fiber non-woven material as textile area of fibers from aminoplast resins, in particular duroplastic triazine resins, which have an average fiber diameter of 0.1 to 100 ?m and between 1 and 1000 branching arms and between 1 and 300 branching points per square millimeter. The invention also relates to a method for production of duroplastic fine fiber non-woven material in which a melt of melamine resin is pressed through spinning nozzles and blown by the escaping hot air to fine fibers, the fine fibers are separated from the air stream and deposited to a non-woven material consisting of a tangled layer, a treatment with a media causing cross-linking and a neutralization step follows, and the fine fibers are glued to a non-woven material in a subsequent thermal after-treatment, whereat the thermal after-treatment comprises two steps.

  • Publication number: 20070055040
Abstract: The invention relates to a method for synthesizing a liquid melamine resin, wherein: a) melamine, at least one aldehyde and at least one alcohol are fed to at least one first reactor operated continuously, in particular at least one agitated tank operated continuously and are reacted together, b) the reaction product that is obtained is fed to a solid-liquid phase separation device, c) a solids-rich phase that has been produced in the solid-liquid phase separation is fed back to at least one first reactor, and d) a phase devoid of solids that has been produced in the solid-liquid phase separation is subjected to additional processing steps. The invention thus provides an efficient continuous direct synthesis method for a liquid melamine resin.

  • Patent number: 7173104
Abstract: The invention relates to products, especially moulding materials of polymers containing triazine segments and consisting of mixtures of meltable 4–18 ring oligotriazine ethers which are soluble in highly polar solvents, and in which the triazine rings are predominantly linked by alkylene diamino groups. Said moulding materials can contain up to 50 mass % of other reactive polymers such as ethylene copolymers, maleic acid anhydride copolymers, modified maleic acid anhydride copolymers, poly(meth)acrylates, polyamides, polyester and/or polyurethanes, up to 75 mass % of filling materials and/or reinforcing fibres, and up to 2 mass % of stabilisers, UV absorbers and/or auxiliary agents. The moulding materials of polymers containing triazine segments can be processed by means of conventional fusion methods and can be used as hot-melt adhesives and for producing plates, tubes, profiles, injection moulded parts, fibres, coatings and foamed material.
