  • Publication number: 20170314708
Abstract: The present invention relates to a conveying hose (100) comprising a hose body (10) for holding a conveyed material (11) to be transported and comprising a wear measuring device (13), wherein the wear measuring device (13) comprises a signal unit (17), a first electrode element (14) formed from a first metal material and a second electrode element (15) formed form a second metal material, wherein the first electrode element (14) and/or the second electrode element (15) is embedded in the hose body (10) and each of the electrode elements (14, 15) is connected to the signal unit (17), wherein the electrode elements (14, 15) form a galvanic unit for generating a voltage detectable on the signal unit (17) during simultaneous contacting of the conveyed material (11).

  • Publication number: 20160290545
Abstract: A heatable hollow body for transporting and/or storing liquid, gaseous and/or pasty media, having at least one heatable layer which has an electrically conductive material, is provided, wherein the heatable layer is in direct contact at least partially, preferably largely, particularly preferably fully, with the medium to be heated. In some aspects, the electrically conductive material has such a high electrical resistance that it can heat the heatable layer as a resistance conductor, and the electrically conductive material has such a low electrical resistance that the heatable layer is simultaneously electrically conductive. In some cases, the heatable layer has an elastomeric material or a plastics material in which the electrically conductive material is embedded. Also, the electrically conductive material may be conductive carbon black, a metal powder or carbon nanotubes.

  • Publication number: 20130048859
Abstract: The invention relates to a method for analysing the material of a sample (3) using terahertz spectroscopy in order to identity material irregularities of the sample (3), having the following steps: (a) a terahertz wave transmitting device (5, 8) is used to transmit electromagnetic waves (6, 9) at a frequency in that terahertz range to the sample (3) to be analysed, (b) a terahertz wave receiving device (1, 8) is used to receive electromagnetic waves (7, 9) in the terahertz range from the sample (3), (c) the terahertz wave receiving device (1, 8) supplies the received waves (7, 9), in the form of a time domain signal or a frequency domain signal, to an evaluation device (10), (d) if a signal supplied to the evaluation device (10) is a time domain shier, the evaluation device (10) converts the time domain signal into a frequency domain signal (11) by means of a first spectral transformation, (e) the evaluation device (10) converts the frequency domain signal (H) into an output function (Q(x)) by means of a seco
