    Abstract: The invention refers to a nail press, which can be used either mounted in a work bench or as a portable hand tool. It mainly consists of a U-shaped yoke, which at one of its ends carries a hydraulic press tool incorporating a piston having a movable press plate and which at its other end carries an adjustable shaft with a second movable press plate. Nail plates are intended to be fitted on the press plates.
