    Abstract: A user equipment, UE, for a wireless communication network including one or more base stations, performs a transmission to a base station using a grant-free, GF, transmission scheme. The transmission being performed in accordance with a GF transmission configuration. The UE receives from the base station a certain signaling. The certain signaling indicates that the base station failed to identify the UE from the transmission. Responsive to the certain signaling from the base station, the UE retransmits the transmission in accordance with a GF retransmission configuration. The GF retransmission configuration is different from the GF transmission configuration.
