  • Patent number: 11973313
Abstract: A diode laser arrangement includes at least one emitter, first and second cooling devices and a first connecting layer. The emitter is configured to emit a laser beam and is disposed between the first and second cooling devices. The first and second cooling devices are each configured for cooling the emitter. The emitter is connected to the first cooling device by the first connecting layer, and the first connecting layer has a connecting material or is composed of a connecting material selected from a group including gold, a gold alloy, silver, a silver alloy, a silver sintered material, copper, a copper alloy, nickel, a nickel alloy, palladium, a palladium alloy, platinum, a platinum alloy, rhodium, a rhodium alloy, iridium, an iridium alloy, germanium, a germanium alloy, tin, a tin alloy, aluminum, an aluminum alloy, indium, an indium alloy, lead and a lead alloy.

  • Publication number: 20240083525
Abstract: Kingpin assembly for a semitrailer of a road train, including a king pin defining an axis of rotation (A), a pivot bearing arranged around the axis of rotation (A), and a holder connected to the pivot bearing and pivotable around the axis of rotation (A) for indirectly or directly holding an electrical and/or electromagnetic and/or pneumatic and/or hydraulic connecting means wherein the king pin includes a king pin flange for mounting the king pin indirectly or directly to the semitrailer, wherein the pivot bearing includes a fixed bearing ring or a fixed bearing ring segment relative to the king pin and a bearing ring or a bearing ring segment rotatable relative thereto, wherein the holder is fixed to the rotatable bearing ring and wherein a support element, which is axially spaced from the rotatable bearing ring and abuts directly against the king pin, is connected to the holder and is adjustable in length in the radial direction (R) with respect to the axis of rotation (A).

  • Patent number: 6795226
Abstract: A transparent chromogenic assembly in which color changes are selectively effectable over predefined areas comprises a pair of facing transparent substrates (15, 21, 28) each covered with a conductive layer divided into individual energizeable areas each provided with a set of busbars (187, 188). A passive layer may be superimposed over one of the substrates, its color being chosen so that the color and the transmissivity of the passive layer accommodates the range of color change and transmissivity of the electrochromic layer to maintain the transmitted color of the panel in a warm or neutral shade. Various other chromogenic windows, devices and systems are also disclosed.

  • Patent number: 6528782
Abstract: A user-controlled skylight window or the like in which the user can control the light transmitted through the skylight. A chromogenic filter is under automatic control of a control circuit. A user interface permits the user to set the control circuit for desired lighting. A mechanical shutter is likewise controlled to open or close the skylight under control of the user interface. A lamp within the skylight provides nighttime lighting under user control. The diffuseness of light transmitted through the skylight is improved by modifying the diffuseness of various components of the skylight including the filter. Uses of the filter in a variety of systems and with a variety of controls are disclosed.
