  • Patent number: 8397457
Abstract: In a method for connecting a reinforcement or facing of hydraulic-setting material of cement mortar mixture or concrete mixture on a structural component, a multi-layer reinforcement mat is attached to a structural component. A smoothing cement of hydraulic-setting material is filled into outer fabric layers of the reinforcement mat. The smoothing cement is allowed to set to form a substitute formwork. Into the space between the substitute formwork and the structural component a flowable cement mortar mixture or concrete mixture is filled in.

  • Publication number: 20090280312
Abstract: A plate-shaped structural component has a concrete substrate that contains a reinforcement mesh of several micro-plies with a respective mesh width of approximately 5 to 60 mm. At least one additional panel is attached sandwich-like on the concrete substrate by mechanical anchoring and by adhesive connection.

  • Patent number: 6868645
Abstract: This invention refers to the manufacturing of structural and impervious members by slurry-infiltration in a 3-dimensional mat system, which consists of single layers (2). The single layers are preferably meshes. The structural system is a composite material consisting of a 3-dimensional micro reinforcing and sieving mat system bonded in concrete. The aggregate (1) can be precisely positioned horizontally and vertically in the member by variation of the mesh width of the single layers (2). The sieving effect by the variation of the mesh width in vertical direction guarantees a positioning of aggregate by size. By this effect the load capacity, the stiffness and the crack propagation can be controlled and adjusted precisely.
