  • Patent number: 11685995
Abstract: The present invention is in the field of processes for producing flexible organic-inorganic laminates as well as barrier films comprising flexible organic-inorganic laminates by atomic layer deposition. In particular the present invention relates to a process for producing a laminate comprising more than once the sequence comprising: (a) depositing an inorganic layer by performing 4 to 150 cycles of an atomic layer deposition process, and (b) depositing an organic layer comprising sulfur by a molecular layer deposition process.
    Type: Grant
    Filed: May 7, 2015
Date of Patent: June 27, 2023
    Assignee: BASF COATINGS GMBH
Inventors: Maraike Ahlf, Felix Eickemeyer, Daniel Loeffler, Stephan Klotz, Juergen Frank, Myung Mo Sung, Kwan Hyuck Yoon
  • Patent number: 11639549
Abstract: The present invention is in the field of processes for producing organic-inorganic laminates by atomic layer deposition. In particular the present invention relates to a process for producing a laminate comprising moving a substrate relative to at least two separate orifices arranged along the relative moving trajectory wherein through at least one orifice an organic compound in the gaseous state is passed towards the surface of the substrate and through at least one other orifice a (semi)metal-containing compound in the gaseous state is passed towards the surface of the substrate and wherein the orifices are mounted on a rotating drum.
    Type: Grant
    Filed: May 7, 2015
Date of Patent: May 2, 2023
    Assignee: BASF COATINGS GMBH
Inventors: Maraike Ahlf, Felix Eickemeyer, Stephan Klotz
  • Patent number: 11286561
Abstract: Processes for producing flexible organic-inorganic laminates are described herein. In particular, a process is provided for producing a laminate comprising at least twice a sequence comprising (a) depositing an inorganic layer by performing 3 to 150 cycles of an atomic layer deposition process, and (b) depositing an organic layer comprising nitrogen by performing 1 to 3 cycles of a molecular layer deposition process.
    Type: Grant
    Filed: March 15, 2016
Date of Patent: March 29, 2022
    Assignee: BASF Coatings GMBH
Inventors: Maraike Ahlf, Juergen Frank, Torben Adermann, Stephan Klotz
  • Patent number: 11130383
Abstract: An electromechanical roll stabilizer for a motor vehicle includes a housing, a rotor position sensor board, and an actuator torque sensor board. The housing has a motor unit that has a stator and a rotor integrated therein. The rotor position sensor board and the actuator torque sensor board are arranged between two stabilizer halves. The actuator torque sensor board has a digitization and transmission unit for digitizing the sensed torque and transmitting the digitized torque to a data forwarding module arranged on the rotor position sensor board. The rotor position sensor board has a rotor position detection unit for sensing and digitizing the rotor position and a data processing unit. The sensing of the rotor position can be triggered by at least one command signal of a controller to the rotor position detection unit. The data processing unit is provided to process the sensed measured values.
    Type: Grant
    Filed: June 12, 2018
Date of Patent: September 28, 2021
Assignee: SCHAEFFLER TECHNOLOGIES AG & CO. KG
Inventors: Maximilian Stubenvoll, Sven Brückner, Stephan Klotz
